DOTR aligns with certified instructors to offer an interactive, five-hour course that prepares participants with essential, life-saving skills including CPR, choking response, wound care, bandaging, recognizing early signs of illness, and treating shock. Each participant receives a two-year certification, a pocket first aid guide, and most importantly, the confidence to act calmly and effectively in an emergency.
